I work with senior leaders on the questions that come with operating at the top of an organisation. How to think clearly under pressure, lead with presence, hold the right priorities, and navigate the personal weight of operating at the top of an organisation.This is not performance coaching or skills training.
It is a space for serious, substantive thinking about how you lead.I bring both the rigour of an experienced coach and the credibility of twenty years at senior level. I have sat in the seats my clients occupy and I understand the pressures that come with them.
I work with a small number of senior leaders, often alongside their teams or boards when it helps. Sessions are usually fortnightly or monthly, with space between for reflection and real-world practice. Partnerships typically run from six months to a year, though shorter or longer engagements are possible.
These are not separate skills. They are how a whole human being leads.
