For over 30 years, I built a stable and successful career in the corporate world, rising into senior leadership roles and delivering people strategies that supported growth and transformation. I worked across the private and non-profit sectors, partnering with Boards and C-suite leaders to shape culture, guide organisational change, and empower teams to perform at their best.
But the journey wasn’t always easy. Like many women, I faced sexism, bias, and the pressure to prove myself in spaces that weren’t designed with me in mind. I battled fears around asking for promotions or pay rises and often struggled to use my voice in difficult conversations. Still, I was proud of my achievements and the security I had built.
Eventually, I felt the pull to create something of my own — something aligned with my deeper values. That desire led me to launch three businesses. I poured my heart, time, and energy into them, but despite my best efforts, they didn’t succeed. I hit burnout, faced bankruptcy, and felt the heavy weight of shame and failure. I realised I’d been chasing status and security, rather than fulfilment, purpose, and joy.
That moment of crisis was also the start of something powerful. I began redefining success on my own terms. I worked on my confidence, rebuilt my belief in my worth, and committed to building a life and career rooted in meaning. I learned that fear and doubt may still show up — but they no longer get to lead. Today, I lead with purpose, resilience, and compassion.
As a strategic HR leader and certified coach, I combine commercial acumen with deep insight into human behaviour. I specialise in helping organisations build cultures of compassion and accountability, where people thrive and business goals are met with clarity and care. I thrive in times of change and complexity, and I bring a grounded, people-first approach to everything I do.
My journey also fuels my passion for empowering women. I coach and mentor women to own their leadership, grow their confidence, and build fulfilling careers without compromising who they are. I believe in the power of feminine leadership and in creating a world where women feel seen, heard, and valued — not just in work, but in every part of life.
