My Why ☀️ BelightU

My

Why

I am here to inspire, elevate and empower more female leaders so that, together, we can change the world for the better.

I imagine a world where every woman and girl is free and safe and lives a joyful, fulfilling, and harmonious life.

I believe the best way to build this world is by doing it together.

Together, we will disrupt social norms around women's roles in the workplace, business, politics, and family, fighting for women’s full and equitable participation in all facets of society—one woman at a time.

My values

Be compassionate

Put yourself in others people's shoes and help them from a place of no judgement. This is not easy to do but it's worth the effort.

Inspire and empower

Everyone is a leader. Be a leader that inspires and empowers others. Show them that they have potential, choices and endless possibilities.

Be unapologetically you

Embrace your true self without masks. Live openly and honestly by your values.

Be open to what's possible

Maintain a positive outlook on life by approaching challenges with optimism. Acknowledge the negatives, but learn from every experience, and view yourself and your abilities through a positive lens.

Keep learning and sharing

Be a lifelong learner. Cultivate a curious mindset and a passion for personal growth. Leverage your knowledge, experiences, and wisdom to make meaningful contributions. Share your ideas and feelings, and encourage others to do the same.

What I do

I started BelightU to inspire women to rediscover their worth and potential, empowering them to reclaim their power, voices, and freedom.

This is how we do it:
